The frontier moves fast; we run what we build, so your team never has to. We take a small handful of these engagements at a time. Every one is bespoke and never resold.

I work as your technical co-founder on the systems that matter most: building, hosting, maintaining, evolving them as the frontier shifts. Paid in equity in your firm, carry in the deals the technology unlocks, or co-ownership of the IP itself. Not a retainer. A partnership.

  • Equity structures sized to the opportunity — firm equity, deal carry, or IP co-ownership
  • Technical co-founder commitment — building alongside you and your team, not advising from a distance
